John Hirth was asked to work with the Akzo Nobel Powder Coatings International Sales Team at their recent International Sales Meeting in Nashville, TN. John worked with Sales Management, Marketing and Technical Support teams to custom write both a new business strategy as well as a "Value Translation" strategy for their team. The goal was to create both an overall "strategy" as well as provide "tactics" to implement the strategy that will support the 2008 goals of adding revenue and improving margin.
