This is how a Texan might describe a prospect who over states his/her authority! Maybe too, that sales person on your staff that claims to have "every prospect in their territory on the tee".

In one of our programs the other day a sales person was lamenting about how some of the more successful and "seasoned" sales people had bigger offices and received special treatment. Hmmmm...
